Mašinko from Zagreb, Croatia, exist since 2010. However, they’ve already broken through to the very top of the Croatian punk-rock scene, thanks to their their witty and catchy punk-rock. After split release ‘Frakturko’ together with Fraktura Mozga and their debut album ‘Svugdje je doma, ali lijepo je najljepše’ (Dirty Old, 2014), came the time for a new split release – this time with their more experienced drinking buddies Debeli Precjednik - "Godina Majmuna / Majmun godine" (Moonlee Records, Dirty Old, Dostava Zvuka, 2016).
Mašinko's humorous and anthemic melodic punk-rock, sung in Croatian, are making sure melodies stay stuck in your head for the entire day, night, morning. Their songs echoe the best part of bands such as Pasi, Atheist Rap or even Hladno pivo, so it wouldn’t be any surprise if their popularity will continue to grow quickly.
